Victoria graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. While at school, she was chosen as one of four students to participate as a member of the only team representing the United States in an international accounting conference of the AFECA, Nuremberg, Germany.

Victoria joined Whitten, Horton + Gibney in 2013. Her comprehensive understanding of federal, state and multi-state tax regulations will help clients to understand and reduce their tax burden.

Victoria is married and has two children.
